Description
Presenting one of the lowest handpans in the world – D2 Minor, made from Ember Steel.
This powerful instrument delivers a deep, body-resonating tone that brings peace and stillness, ideal for ambient and slow-paced music.
The inspiration behind this build was a piece by Daniele Rebaudo – 💥 THE LOWEST HANDPAN IN THE WORLD? 💥 C2 minor 16 | Harmonic Sculpture
I was mesmerized by its sound and felt compelled to create an instrument capable of something equally emotional.
I didn’t dare go all the way to C2, but after many trials, I succeeded in reaching D2 – on 1 mm Ember Steel, with a 53 cm diameter shell.
