Essence Handpans - Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set out the rules for using the online store available at www.essence-handpans.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
1.2. The Store is owned by "Pracownia Psychologiczna RefleksJA i Essence Handpans – Karol Domański", based in Warsaw, ul. Małej Łąki 76/25, 02-793 Warsaw, NIP: 5213155166.

2. Offer and Products

2.1. The Store offers handpans and accessories for these instruments.
2.2. Products offered in the Store are new, free from legal and physical defects, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders in the Store are placed via the form available on the Store's website.
3.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
3.3. The Store has the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1. Product prices are given in PLN or EUR, depending on the language version of the store.
4.2. The Store reserves the right to change product prices at any time, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.
4.3. The Customer may choose one of the available payment methods, including bank transfer.

5. Delivery

5.1. The Store delivers products within Poland and abroad.
5.2. The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and is indicated when placing the order.
5.3. The order processing time for available products is 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
5.4. The Customer receives information about the shipment of ordered products to the provided e-mail address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. In accordance with the law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the ordered goods.
6.2. The right of withdrawal applies only to ready-made products, not to custom-made products.
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store of their decision using a withdrawal form or other clear statement sent to the e-mail address.
6.4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
6.5. The returned goods must be in unchanged condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

7. Complaints and Warranties

7.1. The Store provides a warranty for all products for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
7.2. Complaints can be submitted via the contact form available on the Store's website or by sending a message to the e-mail address.
7.3. The Store will consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its submission.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. The Store owner is the administrator of personal data.
8.2. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Store's website and are used only for order fulfillment and communication with the Customer.
8.3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct them, and request their deletion.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Store reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective from the moment the updated Terms are published on the Store's website.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store will be settled by the court competent for the Store owner's registered office.
