Return Policy
In accordance with applicable law, a customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return a product?
- Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, inform us of your wish to return the product by sending an email to: karol.domanski@refleksja.com.
- Send the product back to the address we will provide in response to your message. The product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Return costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Exceptions to the right of return
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made to the customer's individual order (e.g., instruments with non-standard parameters).
